Spicy White Chocolate Pecan Fudge Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 Pre-made mini pie crusts
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 6 tbs butter
- 6 tbs honey
- 1½ cup pecans, finely chopped (reserve some half pecans to top each pie)
- 2 tsp TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
Directions
Combine the butter, brown sugar, and honey in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the entire pot has just reached a boil.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool for a minute or two. Stir in the white chocolate chips first, melting them down. Then stir in the pecans and TABASCO® Sauce.
Fill pie crusts with the pecan fudge filling. If you’d like, you can pop them in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 350 to give the pre-made crusts some color and a more rich flavor. Top them with a half pecan and chill them in the refrigerator before serving.

We had all the ingredients for this left over from Thanksgiving so we made some pies and its a nice recipe. The filling is nice and smooth like fudge but I might add a touch of vanilla next time, otherwise the kick of tabasco at the end is perfect
