Are you planning to invite family and friends over for Memorial Day weekend? Neighbors too?

Why not just invite the entire neighborhood!

Entertaining has never been easier.

With a whopping total of 45,000 BTUs, 745 square inches of grilling surface area, a warming rack, and a side burner — this BBQ grill can handle any celebration!

Char Broil TRU Infrared Technology

This technology takes this grill from great to amazing!

Basically, it’s a stainless steel shield below the cast iron grates that evenly distributes the heat across the whole cooking surface.

The Tru Infrared grates have holes in them to feed the heat directly onto the grill grates.

They also prevent juices from dripping into the abyss, or worse, dripping onto the flames and flaring up! Instead, the juices drip onto the infrared grates and steam off, adding extra flavor and juices to your meats!

It’ll help make you grill food to perfection each and every time!

The best part about the “tru-infrared” grates, is you can toss a handful of BBQ flavor wood pellets right onto them, flavor up your burgers in like 3 minutes flat!

No joke!

Perfect Grill Marks

We all know that the food is the best part of any party.

Otherwise, is it really even a party at all?

Okay, I’ll admit, we have some fun games going on during our Memorial Day party, but the food is always the star.

You do know by now that I’m a grilling genius, right? 😉

We decided to keep it simple with our first grilling session of the year, so we tossed on some hamburgers and of course, red snapper hot dogs – it’s a Maine thing.

Look at those grill lines! Perfection!

With the Char-Broil TRU-Infrared technology, even the worst cook in the house can transform into a grilling all-star.

The technology in this grill is amazing, you won’t get flareups and scorch your burgers like on your old clunker.

This is due to the TRU-Infrared technology. I’m telling you, anyone can be the star of the party with this grill!

Aside from burgers and dogs, my other favorite meal to cook on our Char Broil grill is grilled BBQ Ribs.

You’ll also find us cooking chicken drumsticks on the grill at least once a week and grilled steak tips at least once a week as well.

How does the TRU Infrared technology work?

Well, just below the grill grates, heat from the gas heats the stainless steel emitters which have tiny holes.

The holes allow the heat to be more evenly distributed and move slower through the grill.

This makes for up to 50% juicier food, better grilling, searing, and my favorite part – no flareups!

Below is a photo with one of the grill grates removed, so you can see the stainless steel emitters beneath.

Char-Broil Infrared Emitters

If you’re like me, one of the parts of grilling that is most intimidating is igniting the dang thing.

I remember when I was young, my dad had an old junker-grill and would hold the gas button and light a match – yikes!

Have no fear, this Char-Broil Commercial TRU-Infrared 4-burner gas grill comes with one-touch Surefire electronic ignition!

Simply follow the instructions found in the Grilling Guide — turn the gas on and immediately hold down the igniter.

It’ll continually fire the electric igniters and light the gas! Easy peasy!

Another thing worth mentioning is that this BBQ grill is dual fuel enabled.

This means you can run the grill off a regular propane tank, like we do, or use the conversion kit and run it off your home’s natural gas lines! This is a neat feature.

For now, we’ll be partying with propane.

Char-Broil Grill Gas Gauge

See that green, yellow, red dial in the picture above? Yes, that’s the included fuel gauge!

There’s nothing worse than running out of gas during a sweet grilling session.

With this gauge, a quick look before I begin and I know how much fuel is in the tank.

So whether you’re a casual grilling family like ours, or a neighborhood party host or hostess, I’d recommend the Char-Broil Commercial TRU-Infrared 4-burner gas grill – it’s a rock star for all occasions!
