Add any additional toppings and close the lid. Grill for four minutes. If you do not have a Char-Broil TRU-Infrared Grill, which distributes the heat very evenly across the entire grilling surface, you should spin the pie a half turn, at four or six minutes to assure your pie isn’t cooking unevenly.

Even if you have infrared, you can still turn it if you want to, or you can take unsolicited photos of your honey…while she tries to shove a half an onion ring in your face. 🙂

  1. Love it! Trick is to check the crust to make sure you're cooking it to your liking. Also depends on how thick your pizza is on how fast it will cool. Super easy to make grilled pizza!
