- 3/4 cup water

- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Make a small well in the middle. Then add 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Slowly add water while mixing the dry ingredients with your hands.
- If your dough becomes too sticky, fix it by adding more flour.
- If too dry, add more water.
- Spread flour on the surface and knead the dough.
- Roll the dough to make it smooth.
- Then move the dough to the baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and add your toppings.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
