Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F.
Following this, put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Make a small well in the middle. Then add 1 tbsp olive oil.
Slowly add water while mixing the dry ingredients with your hands.
If your dough becomes too sticky, fix it by adding more flour.
If too dry, add more water.
Spread flour on the surface and knead the dough.
Roll the dough to make it smooth.
Then move the dough to the baking sheet.
Brush with olive oil and add your toppings.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.

The dough will spread out slightly on the pan, so make sure your pan is large enough, or use a rimmed baking sheet.The top of the crust won't become as dark as a yeast crust pizza, it will be a lighter color. Use tongs to check the bottom of the crust.Because this is a yeast free recipe, there's no need to wait for the dough to rise. It is truly a quick pizza dough.
