This sweet treat is a masterpiece of flavors, combining the natural sweetness of mangos with the creaminess of heavy cream. It’s incredibly easy to make a seasonal fruit dessert at home that requires only 5 ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
We just need 5 ingredients? Oh yes!!!!
- 1.5kg/ 5-6 pieces of fresh mangoes
- 400 ml cream
- 100 ml condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons of castor sugar
- 500 grams of biscuits (biscuits can be of your choice according to your taste)
MANGOES: Best delicious and seasonal mangoes to be chosen so it can give the best flavor to the mango delight.
BISCUITS: Sweet biscuits are my all-time favorite biscuits, the combination of which can be scrumptious.
CONDENSED MILK: Add according to your taste and the quantity of castor sugar used
CREAM: Whipped cream used can double the sweetness

MANGO DELIGHT- QUICK & EASY RECIPE

Ingredients
- 1.5kg 5-6 pieces Fresh Mangoes
- 400 ml Whipped Cream
- 100 ml Condensed Milk
- 3 tbsp Castor Sugar
- 500 grams Biscuits biscuits can be of your choice according to your taste
Instructions
- Peel off the mangoes and put them into two halves. Cut one half into fine cubes and put aside. Now use the other half to prepare your mango puree. For puree, you just need to put the mango slices in the blender and add just a sip of water so it blends properly and becomes a smooth puree.
- Take 400ml cream in a bowl and whip it with an electric beater until it takes a coarse foam shape. Now add 100ml condensed milk and whip again. Taste the batter to know check the sweetness and then add sugar. Whip again so sugar is blended nicely into the batter.
- Unpack your biscuit rolls, preferably a combination of two types, one with a sweet chocolate base and the other a normal tea biscuit. You can take sweet biscuits according to your choice.
- Take your serving dish and spread a layer of the biscuits you had crushed. Now add the cream-mango batter and spread it over the biscuits to make it a nice even layer. Top this off with some mango chunks. Now repeat this for another similar layer of the dessert.

Once ready, decorate your dish with some mango chunks and cream!
