Peel off the mangoes and put them into two halves. Cut one half into fine cubes and put aside. Now use the other half to prepare your mango puree. For puree, you just need to put the mango slices in the blender and add just a sip of water so it blends properly and becomes a smooth puree.
Take 400ml cream in a bowl and whip it with an electric beater until it takes a coarse foam shape. Now add 100ml condensed milk and whip again. Taste the batter to know check the sweetness and then add sugar. Whip again so sugar is blended nicely into the batter.
Unpack your biscuit rolls, preferably a combination of two types, one with a sweet chocolate base and the other a normal tea biscuit. You can take sweet biscuits according to your choice.
Take your serving dish and spread a layer of the biscuits you had crushed. Now add the cream-mango batter and spread it over the biscuits to make it a nice even layer. Top this off with some mango chunks. Now repeat this for another similar layer of the dessert.
