How To Grill Ribs

To make these sliders fire up the grill to about 350 degrees F. and keep it this hot throughout the cook. If the temp swings a little bit, no biggie. Oil your grates and toss a couple racks of Smithfield Extra Tender Pork St Louis Style Ribs on the grill bone side down. Cook them for about 30 minutes, check the temp between the bones in the thick part of the meat, look for 190 degrees F.

Once the ribs hit 190 degrees F., flip them over and cook them meat side down for about 10 minutes. Add BBQ sauce to each side of the ribs and cook them for a few minutes on each side before removing from the grill.
