Ingredients

10oz box
frozen spinach
thawed and drained (squeeze the water out)

14oz can
artichoke hearts
drained and chopped
1
cup
cream cheese
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan-Romano cheese mix
1/2
cup
shredded Italian cheese
1/2
cup
sour cream
1/3
cup
mayonnaise
1
small
yellow onion
diced
1
tbsp
garlic
minced
5
slices
cooked bacon, crispy
chopped
1
cup
chunky salsa
tortilla chip or other dippers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
In a bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, spinach, and cheeses.
Reserve the bacon and salsa until after the dip is baked.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Spread into 8" x 8" baking pan (we use glass).
Top with grated parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 to 27 minutes.
Pour into a serving dish, mix in bacon and top with salsa.
Serve with dippers of choice (tortilla chips or other).
