Ingredients
24oreo cookiesground
½cupbuttermelted
16ozcream cheesesoftened
½cupsour cream
¾cupicing sugar
1tspvanilla extract
1cupwhipped cream
16oreo cookiescrushed
whipped cream and oreo cookiesfor garnish
Instructions
Ground the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and place them in a bowl.
Pour melted butter and mix until combined.
Transfer the base into a pan. Spread the crumbs to make an even crust layer.
Mix cream cheese with the sour cream, icing sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
Add whipped cream and combine well.
Put crushed Oreo cookies and mix well.
Transfer the cheese filling on top of the Oreo biscuit crust. Smooth it out.
Allow the cheesecake to rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream and crushed Oreos.
Notes
If you don’t want your Oreo cheesecake to turn out to be an absolute disaster, try not to overbeat it. Make sure that the cheese is at room temperature. And do not take out the cake before the recommended time. Note: If the Oreo biscuit is not finely crumbled, the cake’s crust might turn out to be tasty and flavorsome.
