Step One:

The first step to making Oreo cheesecake is preparing the crust. Start by separating cream from Oreo cookies.

Keep the cream aside to be used later in the Oreo cheesecake recipe. Then put the Oreo biscuit in a food processor and empty the processed biscuit in a bowl.

Next, take a pan and melt butter in it. Add the processed Oreo cookies to the pan and mix well. Add parchment paper to a cake mold. Slowly transfer the butter, and Oreo cookies crumble in it.
