Ingredients
2lbs90/10 ground beef
3/4cupcoco aminos or soy sauce
1/2cuppacked dark brown sugar
1/2white oniondiced
1tablespoonfresh gingerminced
2tablespoonsgarlic; minced
1teaspoongarlic chili sauce
1teaspoonsesame oil
1bundle spring onions
1tablespoonolive oil
sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
Place ground beef, diced white onion, and olive oil into the pot. Push saute button on instant pot. Cook until beef is browned
While the ground beef is browning, grab a liquid measuring cup add in coco aminos (or soy sauce), brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and garlic chili sauce. Whisk well
Pour over ground beef and cook until the sauce thickens around the beef
Dice the tops of the spring onions and set them aside. Cut the long leaves of the green onions in half and toss them into the pot. Mix them in and sautee for 2-minutes
Mix in the remaining spring onion and sesame seeds, reserve some for plating if you wish
