Honestly, there is not much to make a healthy strawberry parfait. It is simple, made in 10 minutes, and has a sweet flavor that is difficult to resist.

It’s one of the most straightforward recipes you can prepare for your family. The adults in your home will love it, and so will the kids. This recipe is so simple that one cannot mess it up easily.

Step One:

Start making strawberry and blueberry cheesecake parfait by watching fresh strawberries and blueberries under running water. Properly clean the fruits and roughly dice the strawberries. Keep the fruits aside in a bowl.

Then take another bowl to mix cream cheese and maple syrup. Once both the ingredients are combined, keep the bowl aside.

Step Two:

Take a smaller parfait bowl. Make strawberry mousse parfait by adding a layer of lady finger at the bottom. Following this, add a layer of cream cheese mixture. Top your dessert with strawberries and blueberries.

Carefully repeat this process until you have used all the strawberries and blueberries in the bowl. It’s better to chill the strawberry parfait dessert before enjoying it.

3 tablespoons maple syrup
14 ladyfingers
Milk for soaking
7 oz fresh strawberries
5 oz fresh blueberries
