Tuna Casserole
Casseroles don't have a good reputation in terms of lip-smacking taste. But do casseroles taste terrible? Definitely not, because my tuna casserole is delicious and can be prepared quickly. It's healthy and filling, which is another reason why I love it so much. Scroll down to check my recipe.

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 11 oz. canned tuna
- 1/2 lb cooked pasta
- 2 cups grated cheese
Instructions
- Warm the butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and stir in the diced onion.
- Cook for about 5 minutes and stir in the flour.
- Pour in the whole milk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the corn, canned tuna, and cooked pasta.
- Mix until everything is combined and transfer to a casserole pan well - greased with butter. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes in an already heated oven at 350F or 180 C degrees.
- Serve and enjoy
