One inch thick Pork Chops
sliced into the center for stuffing
Salt and Pepper
to taste

Tablespoon
Olive oil

Stove Top Stuffing
½
Cup
Cranberries

Apples
honey crisp work nicely

Red onion
sliced

Yam or Sweet Potato
sliced thick

Cloves
Garlic

teaspoon
thyme
Instructions
Make stuffing according to the package instructions, add cranberries and mix together
Preheat oven to 375°, heat skillet on stove top with oil
Add salt and pepper to the pork chops, sear in the skillet
Stuff the pork chops with the cranberry stuffing mix
Arrange the apples, sweet potatoes, red onions, and garlic on top and around the pork chops
Mix apple juice and maple syrup together and drizzle on the pork
Cover skillet with foil and bake in oven for 45-60 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender
Spoon pan juices over top and serve

You can certainly make this your own with homemade stuffing or your favorite stuffing mixtures. Add onion to the stuffing,
