In a bowl, mash together meat, egg, Heinz Ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
Make thin patties (you use two patties per burger, so make them thin).
Add peppers, onion and cheese to one patty for each burger
Set second patty on the loaded patty and pinch the edges together
Pick up and slap together, shaping the edges and making sure it's all secure
Grill until done to your preference. Make sure you measure temperature in a few spots, the veggies and cheese will be a different temperature than the meat!
