Mix salt and paprika together and sprinkle over both sides of chicken.
Place chicken on grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Internal temp should reach 165 degrees F.Allow chicken to cool before cutting into small chunks.
Place a handful of chicken on each flour tortilla, top chicken with sriracha dressing, cheese, and cilantro; wrap tightly.
Grill for one minute on each side.
Serve hot with your choice of side.
