oz sour cream

cup frozen spinach
1
cup cornflour

cup all-purpose flour

teaspoons baking powder

cup crumbled feta cheese

cup diced and cooked ham
Instructions
Place the sour cream, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl.
Mix until combined and stir in the frozen spinach.
Stir in the cornflour, all-purpose flour, and baking powder and mix until combined.
Finally, stir in the crumbled feta cheese and diced cooked ham.
Stir and transfer the mixture into a well-covered baking tray with baking paper and bake for about 40 minutes at 350 F.
Let it cool slightly and serve to enjoy.
