1lbWhite button mushrooms, diced

Instructions
Warm the olive oil and butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and cook the diced mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, dry thyme and minced garlic cloves, and cook for about 10-15 minutes until everything is combined and cooked.
