Pour some olive oil and stir in the diced carrots, leeks, and potatoes in a large pot.
Cook for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste turmeric powder, chili powder, dried oregano, dried garlic powder, and mix until combined.
Pour in the vegetable broth and mix until combined.
Let it cook for about 60 minutes until the vegetables are soft and blend until smooth.
