Instructions
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
Add ground sirloin, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and garlic. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring occasionally.
Divide tortilla chips evenly between 2 plates; top with lettuce, tomato, ground beef, Salsa and Sour Cream.
