Ingredients
1/2lb spaghetti
2tablespoons butter
1/2lb bacon, diced
1whole egg
1egg yolk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a pot with salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti for about 5 - 7 minutes or until al dente.
Melt the butter in a nonstick frying pan and cook the bacon until crispy.
Stir in the cooked spaghetti and cook for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk the egg, egg yolk, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the pan from heat and while stirring vigorously, pour in the egg and cheese mixture and mix until creamy and delicious.
