Ingredients
Crust
1½cupground biscuits
1tspvanilla extract
½tspground cinnamon
½tspmelted butter
Filling
14ozcream cheesesoftened
¾cuppowdered sugar
2cupsheavy creamwhipped
2ozmelted white chocolate
2-3tbspcherry sance
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl mix the ground biscuits with the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and melted butter.
Mix until combined and transfer to a 14 inch springform pan.
In another bowl mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and stir in the heavy whipped cream, melted chocolate and whisk until combined.
Transfer to a pan on top of the crust.
Add drops of the cherry sauce and with a toothpick run all over dots to make a nice pattern.
