Ingredients
2tablespoons olive oil
1onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced
1carrot, diced
1lb ground beef
1teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2cups tomato sauce
2tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/2lb lasagna sheets
2cups bechamel sauce
3cups grated cheese
Instructions
Bring the olive oil to medium heat in a nonstick frying pan and cook the diced onion and minced garlic.
Stir in the diced carrot and cook for about 2 - 3 minutes.
Stir in the ground beef and cook until the meat is brown.
Season with dried oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in the tomato sauce and chopped parsley.
Cook for about 5 - 10 minutes and set aside.
Grease a casserole pan with butter and add some of the meat sauce, a layer of lasagna sheets, a layer of the meat sauce, bechamel sauce, and a sprinkle of cheese.
Repeat the same process repeatedly, finishing with grated cheese on top.
Bake in an already heated oven at 350F or 180 C degrees for about 40 minutes.
