bag of baby Dutch yellow potatoes

package babybella or baby portabella mushrooms

can tomato paste with basil, garlic, and oregano
Note: add your own garlic, basil, and oregano if you cannot find a mixture paste

Instructions
Combine beef and all other ingredients in a 5 to 7 quart slow cooker
