1lbNavy beansabout 2 cups
2/3CupBrown sugar
2TablespoonsMustard
1/2CupMolasses
2TablespoonWorcestershire sauce
4CupsBeef broth
1CountWhite oniondiced
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonPepper
2TablespoonCornstarch
Instructions
Open your instant pot and put the beans, onion, and beef broth into the pot
Cover and set the valve to the sealed position
Use the pressure cook or manual button, cook presoaked beans for 40 minutes, or unsoaked beans for 1 hour 25 minutes
When the instant pot stops counting, release the pressure by opening the valve. Then, when the pin drops, open the pot
Mix the brown sugar, mustard, molasses, and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl
Pour the mixture into the instant pot and mix with the beans
Turn on the sautee/normal heat mode, stirring frequently until it begins to thicken - remember the baked beans will thicken as they cool as well

Notes
If the beans seem too watery, create a slurry with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and a little water. Add the slurry to the beans and you'll see them begin to thicken up quite a bit within a minute or two.
