Grilling turkey burgers and using grilled tomatoes instead of bread buns.

Ingredients
1lbsground turkey
4large tomatoes, halved and seeds removed
1.5tbsMazola Corn Oil
1tbsSoy sauce
1tbsgarlic powder
4slicesCheese
1/2cupColeslaw
Instructions
Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.
In a bowl, gently knead together turkey, corn oil, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
Form into 4 patties
Oil the open side of the tomatoes and the grill grates with the corn oil
Cook (lid closed) turkey burgers on the preheated grill until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (About 5 minutes per side). Melt cheese on burgers during the last minute of grilling
Grill tomatoes open side down to give them a slight char, 4-6 minutes
Place 2 tbs coleslaw on bottom half of each tomato and top with turkey burgers and top half of the tomatoes
