1/2tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Grilling Cookie Pizza
Preheat grill to 350 degrees
Unwrap cookie dough and kneed together. Use flower on your hands to kneed and flatten cookie dough into an 8 inchound, evenly thick cookie pizza shape. Make the outside edge thicker than the center, similar to a pizza crust.
Place pizza on a floured pizza stone or (recommended) use parchment paper
Bake cookie on grill for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
Remove pizza stone from the grill and allow the cookie to cool completely before removing from the pizza stone. Once the cookie is cooled, remove from pizza stone and place on serving dish (do not cut cookie on a pizza stone!)
Toppings
Beat with a mixer, 8oz cream cheese with sugar and vanilla
Spread mixture onto the cookie
Slice the strawberries and pull Jet-Puffed Marshmallows in 1/2
Decorate the cookie: spread sweetened cream cheese, top with strawberries, and blue berries.
Slice and serve with a heaping spoonful of cool whip.

Notes
This pizza cookie is the ultimate grilled dessert! It's giant and will feed everyone at your party! As I mentioned, it's easier to use parchment paper than worrying about the cookie dough sticking to your pizza pan.
