Blueberry Crumb Bars

Ingredients

brown sugar; packed

flour

ground cinnamon

baking soda

tsp
salt

rolled oats
1 ¾
cups
cinnamon crunch cereal
½
cup
butter
softened
¾
cup
blueberry jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray
Lightly crush cinnamon cereal in bowl with your hands
Combine cereal, rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in a large bowl
Add the softened butter into the bowl and combine with your hands until you have a crumbly mixture.
Set aside 3/4 cup of the mixture for the topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the pan, pack fairly tightly.
Spread the blueberry jam over the crumble layer
Add the rest of the crumble to the top and press lightly into the blueberry jam
Bake for 35 minutes or until moderately browned
Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting to serve.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week; reheat to serve if desired.
