8countWaffles of choiceChoose frozen or make waffles from my list on this page.
8slicesThick cut baconIn New England? Try Kayem's new double smoked thick cut bacon!
8countLarge eggs
1/2Cupshredded cheddar cheese
Maple syrup optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare bacon according to package.
Cook waffles or toast waffles after bacon is done.
Cook eggs anyway you like (scrambled, over easy, etc....).
Add cheese to eggs near the end of cooking so it melts nicely - salt and pepper to taste.
Plate with two waffles, eggs with cheese, and bacon for each person.
Drizzle with maple syrup if you wish.
