Acrylic Paint Pour
An acrylic paint pour on canvas. Learn how to pour acrylic paints onto canvas to make a beautiful piece of art.
Equipment
- 6 Disposable cups
- 5 Disposable spoons or stir sticks
- Pan or plastic drop cloths
Ingredients
- 1 Canvas - 6"x8"
- 4 Tablespoons Acrylic paint use 4 complementary colors
- 4 Tablespoons Paint pouring medium
- 2 Pinches Gold glitter
Instructions
- Place two cups upside down in a pan or on plastic drop cloth. Lay canvas on top of the cups
- Add one tablespoon of each paint to a separate cup
- Add one tablespoon of paint pouring medium to each cup of paint, mix each cup well
- Pour paint onto canvas one color at a time. Pour each color next to the one before it. Repeat until you've used all the paint
- Lift the canvas a little bit and tilt around until the entire canvas and edges are covered in paint
- Add glitter where two colors of paint meet and as desired
- Allow to dry for up to 48 hours
- Display in your home
