Because I liked the morning bowl so much, I decided to try the new Mango Edamame Power Bowl. It’s full of edamame, mango & vegetables served on top of brown & red rice, red quinoa and black barley with red wine vinaigrette topped with dried cherries & sunflower seeds.
The vegetable bowls include 10-16 grams of vegetarian-friendly protein and 7-16 grams of fiber in each Power Bowl.
Choosing this dish for lunch was easy, it’s full of flavor, super tasty and gives me the protein I need to power through the afternoon!
