Prepare the Eggs
Shake Egg Beaters carton, measure, and pour into a bowl.
Otherwise, crack your eggs and whisk.
Submerge the French Toast Bread
Dunk one side of a slice of bread into the Egg Beaters; count to 5. Flip and dunk the other side into the Egg Beaters; count to 5 and place it on the skillet.
Repeat with each slice of bread.
Cook the French Toast Roll Ups
Cook until browned on one side, flip and cook until browned on the other.
This takes about 3-5 minutes per side depending on the heat of your skillet.
Flatten French Toast
Remove from the skillet and using a rolling pin or spatula, flatten the French toast.
Add Frosting
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese frosting onto the toast.
Cover only about 3/4 of the toast, rolling it up will squish some of the frosting to the outer edge.
