Making these dessert French toasts is a cinch! Toss strawberries into the roll up or simply serve alongside.

  • Bread – thick cut – 6 slices
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Powdered Sugar

Directions


This is how you make French toast roll ups.

Heat The Skillet or Fry Pan


Preheat skillet to med-high heat and grease lightly with cooking spray.

Prepare the Eggs


Shake Egg Beaters carton, measure, and pour into a bowl.

Otherwise, crack your eggs and whisk.

Submerge the French Toast Bread


Dunk one side of a slice of bread into the Egg Beaters; count to 5. Flip and dunk the other side into the Egg Beaters; count to 5 and place it on the skillet.

Repeat with each slice of bread.

Cook the French Toast Roll Ups


Cook until browned on one side, flip and cook until browned on the other.

This takes about 3-5 minutes per side depending on the heat of your skillet.

Flatten French Toast


Remove from the skillet and using a rolling pin or spatula, flatten the French toast.

Add Frosting


Spread a thin layer of cream cheese frosting onto the toast.

Cover only about 3/4 of the toast, rolling it up will squish some of the frosting to the outer edge.

Roll Up the French Toast


Roll them up and put them on a serving platter or plate.

Dust them with powdered sugar.

Serve with strawberry syrup and fresh strawberries!

  • 1 sprinkle Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat skillet to med-high heat; lightly grease with cooking spray

  • Sprinkle in cinnamon and whisk with a fork
