I was looking to create a fun snack to add to Katie’s back to school gift.

I knew I could whip up something easy that I know she’d love, of course, it has M&M’s Milk Chocolate candies in it, so who wouldn’t love them, right?

Easy M&M’s Cookie Bars

These M&M’s® cookie bars are a great snack for any time of day.

Whether you need an easy snack to enjoy during an intense study session or you want a delicious treat to savor while you’re watching a spooky movie on Friday night.

Heck, you can even pack them up and take them on a little road trip!

Ingredients

You’ll only need a handful of ingredients for these M&M’s Cookie Bars.

We’re using vanilla cake mix, a stick of butter, two eggs, a pinch of salt, and of course M&M’s.

Easy M&M's® Cake Box Cookie Bars

Directions

Melt a stick of butter in the microwave, allow it to cool down to room temperature.

Mix all the ingredients together and spread into a greased pan. Bake and you’re done! Get the step-by-step recipe below!

Pro Tip: Use a spatula coated with non-stick cooking spray to help spread the batter!

M&M's® Cookie Bar Obsession

Easy M&M's Candy Cookie Bars

Cook Time 35 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 6 Tbs melted butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups M&M's® Milk Chocolate candies

Instructions

  • Melt butter on stove or in microwave. Allow to cool to room temperature (or close to it)
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  • Spread batter into greased 9x13 pan
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until top is golden brown
  • Cool completely, cut and enjoy!
