French Toast Dessert

Easy French toast dessert with strawberry syrup and cream cheese frosting

  • 1.5 cups Egg Beaters Original
  • 6 slices Thick-cut bread
  • 1/2 cup Cream cheese frosting
  • 3 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 sprinkle Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry syrup
  • 6 count Fresh strawberries


  • Preheat skillet to med-high heat; lightly grease with cooking spray
  • Shake Egg Beaters carton, measure, and pour into a bowl
  • Sprinkle in cinnamon and whisk with a fork
  • Dip one side of a slice of bread into the Egg Beaters; count to 5. Flip and dip the other side into the Egg Beaters; count to 5 and place it on the skillet. Repeat with each slice of bread.
  • Cook until browned on one side, flip and cook until browned on the other.
  • Remove from skillet. Using a rolling pin or spatula to lightly flatten the french toast - spread with cream cheese frosting
  • Roll up the french toast; dust with powdered sugar
  • Serve with strawberry syrup and fresh strawberries
