Bacon wrapped ribs - juicy pork ribs wrapped in bacon and cook fast on the barbecue grill.

Hatfield® Marinated Pork Ribs

packages
Hatfield® Uncured Thick Cut Bacon
Instructions
Remove ribs from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking
Preheat grill to 350 degrees (maintain 300-350 degrees throughout the entire cook)
Slice ribs between the bones to separate
Wrap each rib with a slice of thick-cut bacon
Place the bacon wrapped ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 45 to 60 minutes, flipping every 5 to 10 minutes.
Ribs are done when their internal temperature reaches between 185 and 203 degrees F. and bacon is nice and crispy

Notes
This recipe is cooked over the direct heat. Maintain 300 to 350 degrees F. while grilling.
