Zucchini noodles grilled and served with cedar plank salmon. Easy 5 ingredient dinner!

Ingredients
3large zucchinis cut into zoodlesget zoodle cutter here
2 6ouncecenter cut salmonor any salmon fillet skin off
6stocks of asparaguschopped
8tsppesto
Lemon juice to taste
Instructions
Spiral cut or zoodle your zucchini into a colander
Salt liberally and let stand 20 minutes (removes a lot of the moisture from the zoodles)
Rinse off salt and pat zoodles dry
Spray fry pan with cooking spray; place zoodles and chopped asparagus into pan and fry over medium heat until tender (can be done right on the grill with a cast iron pan).
Add pesto and stir gently.
Top with salmon and enjoy!
Notes
Prepare cedar planks for grilling two hours before cook time by soaking in water. This will prolong the amount of times you can use your planks.
