How To Make Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
Twelve 6 inch white corn tortillas

tbs
Vegetable oil
1/2
tsp
chili powder
1/4
tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix vegetable oil, salt and chili powder in a bowl, brush onto both sides of the tortillas
Stack and cut tortillas in to 6 wedges each
Place tortilla wedges onto a baking sheet (use 2 sheets or make 2 batches)
Bake for 12-15 minutes; turning baking sheet around half way
Chips are done when they're golden brown and crisp
While hot, sprinkle with salt if desired
