Easy dinner side dish; roasted carrots with garlic and thyme.

Ingredients

lb
baby carrots with tops
cut lengthwise
10
sprigs fresh thyme
2
cloves
garlic
sliced thin
3
tbs
olive oil
2
tbs
honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Toss together carrots, thyme, garlic, oil, and honey in a bowl
Cover 2 rimmed baking sheets in foil, spread carrots in single layer
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until carrots are beginning to brown and are tender
