This recipe can easily be made as a big pitcher, in a punch bowl, or a single serving. You can mix the juices ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator as well.
Alcohol or No Alcohol
You can add your favorite alcohol and make this a hard drink. Turn this afternoon drink into a night tasty nightcap to relax after a long day. Adding a couple of cups of vodka to the recipe works well.
However, this time we’re making a non-alcoholic punch drink. Easy, simple, and fun for everyone!

When making this recipe, we’ll have the option for ginger ale or club soda. The great thing is, we’re sharing a secret with you here too.
You see, I got the opportunity to try Dorots Garden Frozen Crushed Ginger Trays—it’s like ginger ice cubes! Totally packed with flavor and all the goodness you’d expect from fresh ginger. We used them in our drinks when we had a football party!
So that means we’re using club soda to make this recipe!
How To Make Pineapple and Ginger Juice
To make this juice, simply add a 50/50 mix of chilled pineapple juice, orange juice, and to a pitcher and stir.
Then, when you’re ready to serve, fill a glass with ice and 3/4 of the way with the juice mix.
Finally, top with club soda and add 3 cubes of Dorot Gardens Crushed Ginger. Stir and enjoy!
We don’t add the club soda to the mix because it will lose the carbonation quite quickly. Adding the soda when you pour the drink assures a nice bubbly punch!
