Today, we’re creating our own version of fair-style sausage for our backyard football tailgating party, and it’s really easy to do!   • Place sausage links on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning them every couple of minutes until they take on a rich brown hue and get a few char marks
  • Toast rolls if desired
  • Spread mayo on the inside of the rolls
  • Add coleslaw, then sausage links
  • Top with onion, pickles, and serve with crunchy potato chips

  • Large hearty rolls
  • Mayonnaise
  • Coleslaw
  • Pickles
  • Onions; chopped
  • Potato Chips - dealers choice!
