Boma- Flavors of Africa!  This buffet-style restaurant is bursting with unique flavors for dinner. For an appetizer, have some Cape Malay Lamb Stew or Chermoula-chilled Shrimp salad. The entrees will really have your taste buds watering with incredible dishes such as Whole Roasted Salmon or a plate of Fufu, plantains or yams boiled into starchy, delectable dough-like balls. Keep Boma on your list for the kids as well with traditional American dishes they’ll enjoy if they’re not so adventurous at the dinner table.

Victoria & Albert’s! You don’t have to be a guest at the Grand Floridian to enjoy one of the top restaurants anywhere in Disney World. World-renowned chef, Aimée Rivera’s restaurant boast a prix fixe menu in the dining room with a seven course meal. Selections change, but you may enjoy Seared Maine Diver Scallop with Roasted Cauliflower, Miyazaki Japanese Beef, or Long Island Duck with Turnip Kraut. These are just a few recent offerings. The Chef’s Table offers an even more divine dining experience with a 10-course meal which could include anything from Kobe Beef to Alaskan Sablefish. Food is accompanied with delicious wine pairings. This is a perfect Disney dinner date night.

Artist Point! Another fine dining establishment on the resort property is Artist Point, a restaurant that features Pacific Northwest dishes including a succulent grilled filet mignon or wild caught cedar plank salmon. Top with one of our favorite desserts, the vanilla bean crème brûlée. The gorgeous dining area gives beautiful views of Bay Lake and Copper Creek Falls. Outdoor dining is also available.

Monsieur Paul! When visiting during Fresh Epcot or the Food and Wine Festival, don’t forget about the ‘regular’ restaurants located throughout the World Showcase. Oolala! You will love this gourmet restaurant filled with the finest French cuisine. Choose from the prix fixe three course meal or extensive menu. From grilled veal to seared hamachi filet, the new menu created by Chef Nicolas Lemoyne is délicieux (absolutely delicious)! Part of the World Showcase in Epcot, admission to the park is required to dine at Monsieur Paul. Experience world-class dining in Florida.

ESPN Club! Ba-BAM! If you’re looking for an excuse to escape the heat, watch a game and chill with a cold beer and tasty food, the ESPN Club at Disney’s Boardwalk will deliver! The decor boasts autographed jerseys, plaques, balls, pucks and literally everything you can imagine, but the air conditioning, food and big screens are where it’s at. Watch your favorite teams go head to head and order an ice cold beer and the Loaded Tots! A basket full with tater tots, brisket and cheese, this is a dish to dig into with a fork!


We’ve barely scratched the surface here and of course the favorites are endless. But these foodie finds are some of the best we’ve come across so far.
