Chocolate Dessert Tartlets Recipe

A 3 ingredient chocolate dessert tartlets recipe that couldn’t be any easier. Add on a raspberry to the top of each dessert and you have a something seriously special. This recipe will make about 30 dessert tartlets.


Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Chopped DOVE® Milk Chocolate candies (15-20 candies)
  • Tartlets or filo shells
  • Optional: Raspberries or other berries

Directions

  • Coarsely chop and place DOVE® Milk Chocolate candies in a small bowl, set aside
  • Over medium heat, bring heavy whipping cream to a boil; remove from heat and pour over chocolate
  • Whisk heavy whipping cream and chocolate together until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Transfer the mixture to another small bowl (because the bowl you just whisked in is now hot).
  • Cover and refrigerate until mixture has chilled through – about 2 hours
  • Meanwhile, prepare your tartlets or filo shells as needed
  • Remove mixture from refrigerator and beat with electric mixer until soft peaks form
  • Pipe into tartlets or filo shells and garnish with a berry

  • Tartlet or filo shells
  • Optional: Raspberries or other berries

Instructions

  • Coarsely chop and place DOVE® Milk Chocolate candies in a medium bowl, set aside
  • Over medium heat, bring heavy whipping cream to a boil; remove from heat and pour over chocolate
  • Whisk heavy whipping cream and chocolate together until chocolate is melted and incorporated; transfer to another small bowl
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled through (about 2 hours)
  • Meanwhile, prepare your tartlets if needed
  • Once chilled, remove mixture from refrigerator and beat with electric mixer until soft peaks form
  • Pipe into tartlets or filo shells and garnish with a raspberry
