How To Make Bing the Default Search Engine in Google Chrome

How to set Bing as your default web browser in Google Chrome

Do you breath fire when Google brings up old irrelevant search results? I know I do! It seems it’s been getting worse and worse over time. Google either brings you to an article from 2006 with outdated information or it brings up results of something completely different than what you’re actually searching for.

I’ve made the switch, completely. I’ve changed my default search engine from Google to Bing. It’s pretty easy to switch your Google Chrome (lol) settings to make Bing your default search engine.

Make Bing The Default Search Engine in Chrome

  1. Click the 3 bars at the top right of your Chrome Browser
  2. Click Settings
  3. Change the Default Search Engine which is labeled “Search” as seen in the image above.

That’s it! Now you can have Bing as your search engine. Don’t forget to sign up for Bing Rewards << My referral link! You can earn gift cards for using Bing to search, it’s pretty cool!
