Garlic & Thyme Roasted Carrots
Ingredients
- 3 lb baby carrots with tops cut lengthwise
- 10 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic sliced thin
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Toss together carrots, thyme, garlic, oil, and honey in a bowl
- Cover 2 rimmed baking sheets in foil, spread carrots in single layer
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until carrots are beginning to brown and are tender
