Do you want to make your own coconut water at home? This recipe will show you how to make coconut water by the gallon, and save big! This coconut water recipe is simple, easy to follow and makes a lot more servings than the little bottles of coconut water you’re used to.
It’s the beginning of the year and we’re ready to make a few changes. Are you a New Year gym groundhog? Are you a post holiday fitness guru, and once February rolls around you’re all set with the gym until next year? Or are you starting a new fitness journey, and plan to keep pushing yourself to new greatness? Either way, you’ll need to hydrate and learn to take a moment to treat yourself and refuel.
Regardless of Punxsutawney Phil’s prediction, you’ll be prepared to hydrate and refuel with your very own, easy to make, homemade coconut water and of course one of the three varieties of goodness knows® snack squares
Easy Coconut Water Recipe
For this recipe, you’ll need a can of coconut milk, honey, water, ice, fruits and berries of your choice. You can certainly get some coconuts and pierce them and empty the liquid into a glass instead of canned coconut milk, but the canned coconut milk works just fine too. Find the complete, printable recipe below.
Begin by slicing up your fruits and getting your berries ready. I chose strawberries, kiwi, pineapple and grapes.
I find it easiest to mix the honey into a smaller bowl of water before adding it to the pitcher.
Finally, we’ll combine everything into a pitcher – add coconut milk, water, your fruits and berries and give it a final stir.
Chill and serve in a glass – ice, fruit and berries in the glass is optional.

I have never had coconut milk, or coconut water. But I love strawberries and with the added honey this definitely looks delicious.
